dunno why my computer suddenly cannot view this blog liao but still can make posting..weird sia dunno wat happen to it le..change alot of setting but still cannot..haiz...anyway nvm continue posting to kill some time before i book in ba..
ok.. wat is confinement all abt in army? after facing it myself, i get a feel of it liao..quite sianz if u dunno wat u plan to do inside the camp..wat's confinement all abt.. anyway its asking u to book in earlier than the rest n do sai gang for them.. for my platoon, we kena wash perm staff toilet... its smelly like public toilet and after washing it, a funny thing happened as one officer from another company went in to use while we were washing it and after that he left.. once we finished, we also wash the corridor of the toilet so tat ppl won't slip due to the detergent. N suddenly tat same officer walked towards us after we had finished n wanna pack n go..he called at us n asked us wat company we from and i thought we would kena scolding from him due to making the corridor wet but we got praise instead..saying tat we had done a good job to make the toilet so clean..haha den i joke with tat officer saying: "Sir, u dun tell us abt it la..go tell our sergeant abt it..". after tat he laughed at it n went away le.. my platoon mates all laughed at it and kidding tat we can go open a toilet washing company le den our in-charged which is one of my platoon mates can go be the manager le.. after tat we were told to go back to bunk n wait for lunch..after lunch, we have to wait for further instruction n wait n wait till dinner reach.. wat a bored day coz nothing much to do but stay in bunk read books n listen to radio..making some phone calls n sms... after dinner, went to the company leisure room to watch some tv n play UNO.. some play pool n other card games..n after tat wait for the rest to book in before going to bed.. n tats wat confinement is all abt..do nothing much but let u stay inside camp while others is enjoying outside.. funny thingy is when my SIR ask us "confiner" abt how's our day n one of us reply today is the best day we had in BMT haha coz nothing much to do n mainly playing games.. not bad rite but u will still prefer outside world if u faced it like me...
here a short teaching to those who are going into NS soon or already in NS..
How to prevent confinement after the adjustment weeks?- follow orders
- nv try to do anything funny like me
- nv do things which is not told to do
- dun misfire while going for IMT (Individual Marksmanship Training)
- dun even try to misfire in live range coz will coz it will cause u to go DB
- dun misfire while shooting blanks during field camp..
- nv put ur finger inside the trigger guard unless told to fire.
-[edited] remember to bring every standard item in SBO especially fork n spoon
- better ask if u dun understand their instructions dun cause misleading
- dun anyhow go out without permission while u are attend C (something like MC) coz they will call ur house to look for u or if unlucky u kena see outside like one guy from my company den u will be jia lat le coz tat time will be considered as kena charged which is dunno how many days confinement n u have to report to the main office every 3 to 4 hrs which is very mah fan...
tio extras is another diff thingy as extra means u have to do extra guard duty..if ur company is doing weekday guard duty still ok if is weekend den gg.. everyone have to do at least one guard duty for their company n my schedule not out yet so dunno but it will be soon... dun purposely go sign one extra for jus wanting to clear ur duty at a earlier stage coz u will still kena during the block leave while waiting for posting to unit (dun think its obvious u know coz got one guy from my company really go do tat...quite funny n stunning)..ok i should stop here liao..hope can solve my blogger problem soon..cya next week haha..
